Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Business and dedicated many years of building a successful career as an entertainment television reporter in Los Angeles where she honored her skills in communication and storytelling.
Over time, she realized her priorities had evolved, leading her to embrace a more fulfilling path grounded in her belief that true success begins with peace of mind and happiness above all else. Seeking a life of joy and balance, Olivia followed her heart and embarked on a journey to pursue her love for The Fine Art of Confectionery.
Stepping into a new chapter of her life, she decided to retire from the media industry and go after a new kind of creative venture. Driven by creativity and a love for sharing joy through food, she made a bold career shift and traveled to Italy where she became a certified Pastry Chef.
Combining her background in storytelling and business with her new culinary expertise, Olivia founded Delicious Minimalist – a luxury boutique dessert shop that reflects her love for simplicity, aesthetics, elegance and flavor.
